As a central ministry  of the Church,  the  Two  Saints  Ministry  Pastoral  Care  Team  is  commissioned by God, supported by the Rector, and endorsed by Parish Council. Our mission is to foster a strong sense of community and family by caring for one another in good times as well as in times of need. Members of both congregations provide practical, physical, emotional, and spiritual care.  Four members are trained and “certified” to Celebrate Holy Eucharist from Reserved Sacrament.
The pastoral care team at The Two Saints Ministry is made up of eight enthusiastic trained clergy and lay members of the congregation and provides visitation at home or in the hospital. Visits can be times for silent support, prayer, scripture reading, Holy Communion, and conversation.
